Design and create your own Intake/Cooling system with Classic Tube’s large diameter Aluminum Tubing. Our Aluminum tubes are available in straight lengths, mandrel-bent 
180-degree U-bends, 90-degree and 45-degree angles.
Our 16-gauge (.065-inch) tubing is made from 6061 Aluminum, the most versatile of the heat-treated alloys. In the annealed O condition it has good formability for bending. Our straight length Aluminum Tubes are offered in ¾-inch to 5-inches outside diameter. Straight lengths are sold by the foot, and cut to the length you specify. Bends are available in diameters from ¾-inch to 4-inches, depending on the required angle.
