A BEACON IN THE DARKNESS
Until tonight I was ready to sell my ‘63 Dart Slant Six Race Car. In a last ditch effort to find some reason on the web to hang on to the car I stumbled on to a link for this web site.
I've seen the light a will now save the Mopar. This is one great site and the stories by Steve Magnante really ring my bell. I can really use what this guy writes about rather than the mega buck/bolt on/crate motor/Chevy shit everyone else wants you to believe you need.

‘A’ FOR EFFORT
Mopar Max, I recently stumbled upon your online magazine and I really like it! I enjoy the technical nature of the articles and I am so glad to see you guys working on some early A bodies! No other Mopar magazine will give the early A the time of day. I love my ‘66 Dart street/strip car but believe me it was much harder to find parts for than a ‘67-up car. Keep up the good work!

BLOCK HEAD
I read your recent article on new engine blocks and the availability concern. I saw that Hughes Engines is also offering new 440 blocks -http://www.hughesengines.com/general/techArticleDetail.asp?articleID=1000055
Just thought you might be interested.

PS: I check out your website regularly so it is not necessary for me to subscribe.
Well, Dalen, we don’t have subscriptions (WE’RE FREE!), so you couldn’t if you wanted to. Thanks for the info and keep reading!
WE’RE SAVING TREES
I was looking up some tech how-to’s and came across you mag. I was wondering if you are an Internet based mag, or do you have a printed copy that is mailed to a residence. I looked on your site but could not figure it out. I am currently a soldier in Iraq so I do not have time I can spend on the Internet. Any help would be great.
Thanks.

Sorry, Jim, we’re Internet only. Glad you like what we do. Take care and get back to the U.S. safely so you’ll have more free time to read us. So, how many Mopars are there in Irag anyway?
